We'll contact you within 1-2 working days to discuss your repair. Once we receive your computer, we'll diagnose the issue and send you a detailed quote via your customer portal.

Review the quote in your portal and approve electronically. Once approved, we begin the restoration work with quality components.

Testing & Return
We thoroughly test your computer to ensure everything works perfectly, then ship it back or arrange pickup in Dunedin.
